No issues - extremely fast and about a 10hr battery life with extra portable charger for if we needed more. Perfect.

Wifi and internet worked well. Battery lasts for most of the day depending on the number of devices connected. However with an external battery/power bank that mostly solved this issue.

I love it! It! It is very convenient when you are traveling!

Found this really useful. Everything you need , plug , charger etc comes in a handy zip folder you can just slip in your bag. Easy to use and the battery lasts a long time when charged. Keeps you in touch and ready for those moments every tourist has ....need info? google maps?? all still there and ready to use. Any visitor to Japan needs this little friend

Used the WiFi for my two-week Japan
Excursion and it was easy and comforting to stay in touch with business and family. For only an easy pick up and mail-back return I highly recommend it. Thank you Japan Wireless .

I was so happy with Japan Wireless. The wifi coverage was perfect everywhere we went. It also comes with a power bank which came in really handy when we were out all day.
The only difficulty I had was finding the post office in the airport when I arrived (which was at the check-in desks in international departures).
Other than that, it was the best decision to go with Japan wireless

Great device to have while traveling. Extra battery pack came in handy as device didn’t always last the entire time we were out. No issues with pick-up or return; both easy to do.

Japan Wireless made my week-long trip to Tokyo completely painless, as far as staying connected and using my phone was concerned.

Easy pick up at the airport, and was able to mail it back easily at a mailbox at the airport, too (HND).
