I rented the device for about twenty days and it was completely worth it!
I needed to make some call and video meetings, and not once did I have problems with the signal during my stay in Japan.
Even in more remote places, such as atop of Zao Ropeway or in the middle of Nakasendo trail, I still had solid access to internet. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we’ve used this service. It’s a reliable service and device. We’ll have the same plan and service again when we go back to Hokkaido.

Very good no problems

Worked every where I went. Was surprised at the charge level for the wireless device. Only needed to charge at night. Went all day. Popped it in my backpack.

My house in Osaka had horrible cellular reception, so bad my phone would get hot. I had Japan wireless send directly to my mailbox. I quickly set it up and put it upstairs. My wife and I connected to it and away we went. Thanks Japan Wireless!!!
