We found the mobile modem brilliant. We used it for two phones an iPad and a computer. All worked very well.

The pocket WiFi has been the best decision of our trip. It has worked everywhere - even in Hokkaido. Long battery and excellent speed. Would highly recommend.

My local SIM has very expensive roaming fee, so wireless SIM data was absolutely indispensable in my three-week trip to Japan.

Getting the pocket wifi was smooth. Had it delivered to Post Office and all I need to present was my passport. Pocket wifi came with a pouch for storage which was good as it is easy to keep. However, the spare battery wasn’t working properly. It will show “charging” for a minute but will stop after. Overall, it was still a good experience.
