Good wireless reception and battery life. Easy to transact with them.

I had the SIM Data Card (30 days) with LTE speed.
I picked up my card at Haneda Airport.
Even with the description it was a little bit tricky to find the counter, but I made it with a bit of help :)
Easy installation, worked right of the bat (Samsung S8).
Had connection everywhere (had been in Prefektures Tokyo, Nagano and Chiba).
I had a 500 MB/day flatrate, still from the third week on the internet speed was pretty poor for an LTE connection (therefore the one star deduction)
I would use it again!

Easy to pick it up and to send it back. Always online!

Great speed, great coverage

Thanks for a great product. We spent 1 month travelling throughout Japan and had great internet access the entire time. Portable battery was a useful bonus.

Everything was very easy and clear. Easy to rent, to pickup and to return.
Very recommendable.

It is quite useful if you want to be connected 24/7. It works perfectly. To get it, you just say when and where you wnat to pick it up and it is done.

They were able to confirm my request for pick-up in less than 24 hours! I had a last minute booking with Japan Wireless but all of my transactions were all processed fast and perfectly. The wifi device is very handy to carry around. What I love most is that I do not actually need to charge the device while outside (it still have 30% battery charge after a day trip). And most importantly, the wifi connection is very much reliable. Even I on the top of the mountain! This is the 4th time that I have used Japan wireless and it never fails me. :)
