Used this service throughout our entire stay in Japan. Traveled from Kyoto, Hakone, and Tokyo with signal everywhere! A must have when traveling and exploring!

Anytime anywhere very reliable in our explorations in Osaka Kyoto Kobe while taking the subway trains, buses, shops, restaurants and attractions.

This device allowed us during our time in Japan to stay in touch with friends, family travel updates. It was at our hotel when we arrived and was easy to drop in provided envelope then mail box at airport. I consider it a must for travelling in Japan

Very handy and useful throughout our trip although did need to remember to charge it frequently

The mobile WiFi was really easy to set up and use, good battery life that lasted a whole day with heavy use, and was really really convenient when on the move.

Love the pocket wifi. So happy i found Japan Wireless. Was using another provider before. But Japan Wireless is getting more for your money.
