Loved the pocket wifi, it helped us navigate around japan. Highly recommended.

if you're travelling in Japan it's a must have product. £5/€5 per day and you always have wifi, free calls etc. Japan wireless very user friendly, easy to find pick up point at airport, drop in any mailbox when you leave. could not be easier

This was my first experience with this service and it was fantastic. Easy to pick up and to leave. Easy instructions of use. The battery was fine for the full day.

Details to improve:
- The post office box was extremely full so it was difficult to introduce the envelope with the wi-fi inside.
- would be great to have a post office box after the customs control, so you can leave the wi-fi wearable just before taking the plane.

Easy to catch, easy to drop off. Wifi working with no any gap. Battery is enough for 1,5 day (we charge every night)
