Recensies

I love the hotel delivery and ease of returning the wireless kit. The service is excellent, I had a concern and you folks answered right away. (it was my mistake, there was nothing wrong) And the connection was always excellent throughout our whole trip to different places. I love using Japan Wireless

Worked perfectly for our entire trip!

Never have any issues for multi-devices connection, the package also has one powerbank in the bag so the portbale wifi's battery could last for whole day.

Easy, quick, and affordable! This was our second time using the pocket wifi with Japan Wireless. It was easy and quick to pick up from the counter at Narita airport. We reserved the pocket wifi online a couple weeks prior to arriving. Prices were considerably cheaper than others. But what really made us seal the deal with them again was that we were able to return the pocket wifi via mail. We were provided a sealable mailer envelope that we were able to drop off into a post bin before entering TSA! Very convenient! Will be using them again!

Very easy to pick up and drop off. Worked perfectly for our large group. Definitely recommend.

I never had a problem while I was using this in Japan for the 2 weeks, I will most definitely will get it again if I need too.

It worked smoothly and as expected. The package was neat and its delivery was well-timed.

reliable, fast connection

The pocket Wi-Fi was easy to use with a stable connection, and their customer service was amazing — quick responses to my emails. I’d use Japan Wireless again and recommend them.

I got the 20 gig for the 19 days we were in Japan and it worked like a charm. Zero issues, easy setup, worked everywhere. We visited Shibuya, Kyoto and Osaka, it worked great the whole time. I just carried it in my coat pocket or backpack and we ran two phones with no issues. We mainly used it for gps but it ran YouTube just fine. I didn’t use the hotel WiFi at all, I literally just kept this on the whole time. No complaints, worked great.
