Recensies

Japan Wireless was so easy to work with! I was able to seamlessly pick up at the airport, start up my unit, and return it with no hassle. Would definitely recommend!

I had the unlimited data plan for 10 days. It was so easy to use and activate. Will be using the next time I go to Japan.

Very easy to order, pick up and return. Kept us well connected for 3 weeks all over Japan! Would definitely use again and recommend.

We were very satisfied with this product. We will use Japan wireless again if we ever go back to Japan

Package arrived before check in at hotel and was very easy to use. No issues with coverage

Good service and coverage
Tha isue that I had is is that in some point the wifi was not charging, I had to reset it a couple of times, just following the instructions provided.

I was only in Japan for a week, but the wifi was perfect everywhere, and so easy to set up. Really good battery life- it would last me a couple days at a time. The only complaint I have is that the cord would fall out of the charging port- I had to use my own micro USB cord in order to charge it. I think I had written this on the sheet provided for feedback, but realised I had thrown it away instead of mailing it with the equipment :( Otherwise, really, really wonderful product and will use it again next time I am in Japan

Very good pocket wifi
It was perfect
I recommend it

I was visiting Japan for two weeks. The whole pickup process was very easy and the product itself was excellent. Very reliable with excellent battery life. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Japan.

We were visiting our daughter in Japan and had 3 devices to connect. The service we got was fantastic. Our flights were cancelled because of Typhoon Hagibis and we had to change our travel plans. The Wi Fi was redelivered to our new hotel and was waiting for us. The reception we had with the Wi Fi never let us down no matter where we were. Highly recommend Japan Wireless and we will definitely use them again
