Recensies

It works perfectly and the service is brilliant Great device in great conditions, nicely packed. Fast and easy process. Punctual and clear comms. The confirmation that the product was received back was a very nice touch. Thank you

I have traveled multiple times to Japan and have always relied on Japan Wireless' pocket wifi. Their price is fair for their top service they provide. Great and seamless service. Product offerings are good too.

Keep up the great service. Gambatte!

Reliable and Convenient!!!

Excellent! Easy to use and no problems at all.

Easy to use and excellent service.

This pocket Wifi was excellent. Would only be better if the battery lasted longer.

easy to use and easy to return

Easy pick-up at Narita International Airport, dropped off at a different airport easily as well. My mobile was the only device connected to the WiFi. I had service throughout my entire trip, even in areas away from the big cities. I never had issues with the battery or the device. Everything was very organized and easy to use. I was able to make clear calls through WhatsApp to the US. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.

There were a couple of times when it would disconnected randomly, but other than that it was very handy. The extra charger they provide was helpful as the battery life on the device alone did not last the whole day.

Good and reliable. Never had problems using it. Just make sure that you charge it and the power bank that comes with it after using.
