Recensies

Service was excellent with no dropouts during my weeklong stay. Price was reasonable and of great value. Pickup was extremely easy, return required a post box but it was at airport so very convenient. Will use again, no doubt. Thank you for having this service available for travellers!

The Best ever!!!Thanks.

Unfortunately we were unable to travel to Japan early last year due to travel restrictions. However the team at Japan Wireless were very prompt at offering a full refund for us. We will definitely be re-ordering a wifi product from them when travel resumes. :-)

Easy to use, punctual delivery.

PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT

There was no wait for supplies and they were very reliable for extended use. This is a great place to rent from for ease of use and reliability for a fun visit to Japan!

Wifi is very easy to use and speed is about as fast as you get from any 4G services in Japan.

Very fast internet speed. Responsive english-speaking staff. Easy to use. Easy to return. Highly recommended for foreigners and Japanese people alike.

great service thank you. connection is fast and stable. convenient drop off at any japan post box

i ordered it in advance not sure what i was going to get. i was surprised how easy it was to use. I picked the package up no problem from the airport post office. all you had to do is press the button and connect to the wifi by entering password provided. i started using it immediately, which was fortunate because i forgot to print out the directions on how to walk to my hotel from the bus station. Did not have a single problem with connections when i walked around tokyo. Hakone, subway etc. i actually found the rental better then my hotel wifi. the battery lasted a long time and the rental came with charger and battery storage thing. if you will rely on the internet to get to places etc its definitely worth it.
