I visited Japan this past March and had no issues at all with my wifi rental. The package was ready at the airport post office when I arrived, the battery life was great, and the signal unwavering.

Easy to use and super connection

I've enjoyed my time in Japan and Pocket WiFi made my trip even more pleasant! It worked everywhere, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and even by Mt. Fuji! The battery lasted for almost 8 hours and provided power bank made it possible to use pocket WiFi all day long.

Very reliable and good speeds, easily streamed HD Netflix/Amazon prime series on iPad. Highly recommended.

The portable wifi was exactly what I needed while travelling in Japan. Data connectivity was available for my laptop, iPad, and iPhone without having to rely on unreliable or unsecured wifi cells.

This was fantastic. Fast internet, reliable and perfect for anyone travelling!

A few times we had to reset the device to get the data to work. We have used Japan Wireless in the past and it was great! This particular device was just a bit intermittent.
