Recensies

Pocket Wifi is a must have in Japan, even thought texting is ok but not connecting to the net. Easy pickup, connection was easy, and had no issue. Already recommended a friend to use Japanese Wireless.

Used Jetpack during 2 week trip to Japan. Was waiting for me at the hotel, easy to setup, and worked flawlessly during trip. Recommended to my brother who’s taking his family in June.

Delivered on time. Worked perfectly. Easy and convenient.

It was a little bit difficult to setup but I followed the instruction. After rebooted my phone, the signal was good, not very fast in some mountain areas. But overall, it was great. We were happy to use your service.

We used Japan Wireless during our recent trip to Japan. Everything was waiting for us upon our arrival in Tokyo and was exactly what we needed. It was excellent and so easy to use. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Japan.

Great product; everything went well except 1 item. The exception is the incorrect usb charging cable provided; it should be "type C" but wasn't. Other than that, everything was great, from pickup at airport (Haneda), to using it all over Tokyo area, to dropping it off at departure terminal's mail box. It was really easy. Great service and process!

Japan wireless was absolutely a game changer for our recent trip to Japan. The service was amazing. Our device was waiting for us at our hotel on arrival and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Having Wi-Fi everywhere we went was an absolute necessity.Thank you!

Staying connected was key to making our vacation a success. With apps, maps, and email a daily requirement Japan-wireless made it easy, a great value, and superior service. Can’t wait to use them again!

Upon recommendation from my daughter, I looked into Japan Wireless and thought they provided exactly what I wanted. They delivered the pocket Wi-Fi and translator to my hotel. The rep was waiting for me with the unit- took 4 hrs.to get through Narita and arrive at my hotel later than planned. During the tour I was on the unit malfunctioned. The English speaking support teamcould not come up with a fix due to loss of signal in the Japanese Alps. They sent a replacement unit to my next hotel to be sure I had service, and all was well. Return was a snap. Just put the return envelope in one of the MANY mailboxes around. I am planning to return to Japan next year and will definitely use Japan Wireless again. Web site was super easy too. Good company to work with!

Great experience! Super convenient to have it at the hotel when you get there and the pre-addressed envelope makes it easy to return. Internet was fast and the battery lasted all day.
Only critique is the external battery that came with it didn’t last very long and it’d be nice to get an email knowing it was returned properly.
