Recensies

Very convenient, between hotel delivery and prepaid post box dropoff. We traveled through several different cities and had fast internet everywhere except above 8th station at Fuji.

Very easy to set up.

These are the best! We got to be fully connected everywhere in Tokyo! Absolute must buy!

We order before traveling. Excellent support. NO issues to pickup at the airport and the pocket wifi worked perfectly! I recommend 100,%

Modem worked well everywhere. Service was great- exactly as promised. Easy to set up, and being able to just pop it in post box at the end was perfect.

After I read various recommendations online I realized that our phones with US cell providers may not fully cover all the areas in Japan. As a back up I ordered the WiFi. This WiFi became our main source of internet. We were able to keep our phone numbers and use WiFi dial.

Japan Wireless truly is very reliable and trustworthy. No need to look anywhere else. For pleasant travel experience, you can count on Japan Wireless to fulfill your connectivity needs

We were worried we wouldn’t be able to get a pocket wifi from the airport and booked our wifi on line. It was waiting for for us at the hotel and was picked up from our hotel as well. Super convenient!

Highly recommend using premium Wi-Fi device as it is compact, user friendly and long lasting battery life.

I accidentally put in the wrong address the first time, and was able to get in contact with support and basically get it redelivered the same day.

The connection itself was fast and reliable. The return process was also extremely easy. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Japan.
