We got the premium Wi-Fi for about 10 days and we were able to use it all across eastern and western Japan. It also came with a portable charger, but we honestly didn’t need it at all since it held charge very well. It was also delivered quickly to our hotel (next day!) and came with a return envelope, so there was no need to buy our own or fill out any labels. We will absolutely use this service again next time!

Small and compact device. Never without wifi. Delivery to the hotel and post back at airport was very easy. Highly recommend.

I moved to Japan in August and I booked a pocket wifi for 2 weeks to give me time to choose a long term wifi and internet plan. It was the perfect length and it was really convenient to drop the pocket wifi in a postbox at the end.

Worked fine, pickup very easy. Drop off box on Narita AirPort right before customs.

Easy to pick up (except Narita airport is big so it took us a bit of time to figure out where the post office was), worked perfectly fine the entire trip, and easy to drop off (put it in the provided envelope and drop it in to a mail drop)! I highly recommend this product.

Delivered as expected and internet service we fine.

The router was waiting for us at the front desk of the hotel.
The instructions to use the router were clear and it worked flawlessly everywhere we went (even deep in the countryside).
The return process was smooth: we just had to to leave the router in the enclosed return envelope with a Japan Post associate.
In a nutshell: it couldn't have been smoother.

The connection is good, fast and also easy to use.
