Recensies

For our short trip in Japan, the product and service works perfectly and the coverage is awesome for urban area. We have no trouble at all, and on-line almost 24/7, find helpful information, video chat with family etc. I will definitely use the service again.

Very reliable and suitable for multiple devices

The WiFi did work for most of the time sometimes it wasn’t so good but overall was worth it

The pocket wifi was a great help when traveling around tokyo!

very convenient especially it was delivered to our hotel even I booked it day before we arrive.
Easy to use highly recommend.

Ordered online in Australia and picked up the Wifi from Haneda Airport Tokyo. So easy to set up.
Used it for 12 days no issue at all.
Thank you.

Great service and easy setup

The service was great, we made a last minute change from South Korea to Japan and we weren't sure how to get mobile data/Internet. After watching a video we ordered a hotspot from Japan wireless and it came quickly to our hotel. Set up was easy and we really enjoyed our trip with it. Will be ordering again soon.

had no problems during my entire stay, and it was easy to use. was easy to deliver it to post box as well when I was to leave. will definitely be sure to use your service’s again during my next visit to Japan!

My husband and I were very pleased by the performance of our pocket wifi. Both of us were able to use it and we never had to resort to the extra battery. It arrived at our hotel and we return it via mailbox. Everything worked like clock work. Thanks!
