The pocket wifi made our trip to Japan almost perfect! From giving us access to Google Maps everywhere to letting us translate things on the fly, we couldn't have done without it.

The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because, on our last day, it stopped working, despite multiple restarts of our phones and of the device, which made the last day in Japan very difficult.

Used Japan Wireless a 2nd time for a trip from Sapporo to Sendai and back down to Tokyo by train. Great price, worked everywhere we went and had no issues. Easy to pick-up when arriving and departing from Haneda. Will use again whenever we visit Japan!

The portable wifi is a must-have when visiting Japan! It doesn't drain your phone's battery as much as data. It lasts the whole day and just needs to be charged when you get back home and it also comes with its own power bank. The pick up and return process was super simple. Thank you!
