I was reluctant at first dealing with a company I wasn’t familiar with in Japan. However, I got my device at my hotel on the day and time I needed it. I emailed my questions and concerns and they responded back promptly. The device gave me no problems. Conveniently , I even mailed my device back at the nearest mailbox near the hotel I was staying at before I left for the airport.
I would order from this company again.

I picked up as planned at the airport in Osaka and dropped it off in the mailbox next to security at Narita. I took it everywhere I went and had no issues.
