Easy to use and it worked well. Easy to return process too.

Picking up and dropping off is very convenient. Service is decent. Bandwidth is also okay, but is not the 5g speeds I'm used to in the states. But nonetheless great for travel usage.

Battery will last whole day with light/moderate use. If using heavily, be prepared to bring the backup charger that was supplied with the order.

I had a really great experience with this company. I have been to Japan twice before and did not rent wifi those times and always regretted it so this time I figured I should try it. It was super easy to pick up at the airport and the wifi worked really well. A few times it wasn't connecting to my phone but I restarted the router and it worked just fine after that. I also ended up deciding to keep it longer on my trip and it was super easy to request an extension. They give you a pre-posted envelope to return it in so it was really easy to just drop it in the post box at the airport. I would definitely rent from this company again.

Reserving, Picking up, and returning were a breeze, it worked everywhere (including the rural areas we went), and lasted full day lengths (it came with an extra battery pack if you needed it). Easy to set up. Very happy with my experience.
