I've been using Japan Wireless for all of my trips to Japan since 2016. Nothing beats their pocket wifi in terms of convenience and speed. The battery lasts the entire day so I don't even use the provided power bank. Six stars.

Was very pleased with the pocket Wi-Fi. Worked great and had no issues . Also was delivered to the hotel as expected . Just wish they would change the policy to leave pocket -WiFi with the hotel after leaving

This made getting around Japan so much easier. The delivery was flawless and the return is so easy (drop in post box). Highly recommended. Just a little expensive.

We recently rented two portable WiFi’s to be used while in Tokyo. Having 2 worked out since our group was able to split up and have access to data as we did separate activities. We never needed to use the extra battery that came with the WiFi’s since the charge lasted all day. We selected Japan wireless for the transmission speed and the cost. It was the fastest transmission speed compared to other companies.

The WiFi’s arrived at our hotel, ready to be used since they were charged. Returning the devices was simple. The instructions were clear and the mailing envelope was enclosed in the original package.

I highly recommend this service.

Everything was incredible and easy

This is our second time renting from Japan Wireless. We’ve never had an issue which really is great since we depend on Google Maps so much to get around. Would 100% recommend.

Very good Wi-Fi reception

Very simple setup and it’s great for multiple devices. We had no problems and it’s a bonus getting a portable battery but never needed it since the device is new and in great condition. Will use again when I’m in Japan!
