Recensies

Fast service. Ordered it online and was delivered the next day. Wifi worked very well.

The ESIM was easy to install and I was able to make phone calls/ receive calls, using messenger and Watzap and using Google maps, Google translator and Google browser. If not I would have been so disadvantaged. I recommend it.

The staff at the kiosk was so kind explaining everything, the wifi was really fast (we used with 3 phones connected), the charg was long lasting and the return was so easy to do. super recommended!!!

The Portable WiFi unit we ordered was waiting for us at out hotel when we arrived in Japan. It came with an additional battery pack charging cable and charging plug as well as a pre-paid return envelope for returning the unit. It worked great in all of the cities we traveled to in Japan. Couldn't be happier with this unit. Made for a great trip keeping us connected to the rest of the world.

Process was seamless. Everything worked as advertised. Would definitely use this again.

Easy to pick up and return. Easy to use with full coverage and excellent battery life.

My Japan wireless was waiting for me when I got to my hotel. I had no problem connecting with the help of a friend the instructors were a little difficult to understand.
I still I’m very pleased with the WiFi.

Have been using this wireless WiFi device for years now and am very satisfied with their service and the rates . Hope they don’t raise it .

I traveled all over Japan and connectivity worked almost everywhere with only a few minor (and temporary) hiccups. It worked very well and is priced fairly. I would use it again (and actually have, this is my second time).

For a family holiday with six we arranged the WiFi box. Must say that the next time we would order two: just because it’s so easy and when two groups do different stuff we can still use the internet
