素晴らしい

WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS EASY.

Great tool as it is impossible to not have internet when you travel in Japan.
Very easy as well ! Second battery is a plus.
I would have liked an email mentioning that the router had been well received by Japan Wireless after the return via the post office.

The absolute best customer service!

Thank you for your service
I want ti next trip also that i will use this service

My wifi arrived at the hotel as promised and provided me with fast service all over Tokyo, Kyoto, Hakone. I will definitely use this service again!

Reliable connection

Fuimos en grupo de 4 personas por 14 días, estuvimos por varias zonas de Japón sin problema de conexión, súper recomendado!

Recommended! By changing my flight I arrived in Japan a day later. The service department resolved this perfectly for me. The WiFi module is very easy to use and I have no complaints about its use at all. Perfect, next time I will definitely order my WiFi module from Japan Wireless again.
