I always use Japan wireless when family come to Japan.

Japan wireless has always been my go-to pocket wifi provider whenever my family and I are in Japan. Wifi signal as well as customer support are fast and reliable. Unfortunately there was this one time when we lost wifi signal when we were at DisneySea, when I contacted Japan Wireless the response was really quick and we had a replacement unit waiting for us at the hotel that same night. Never lost signal since then.

This was great. Had it delivered to the motel so it was there on arrival rather than worry about trying to pick up from the airport and it was charged ready to go. Was light and compact so didn’t even know it was in my bag , with spare battery. Was very easy to connect. The only issue I had was the instructions were so small I couldn’t read it but just took a photo of it and expanded it. Was perfect for the 2 of us constantly on phones with maps then watching Netflix etc at night

Très bon produit, une forte autonomie, simple d’utilisation et la batterie de secours est un vrai plus. Le wifi est bien arrivé à l’hôtel comme promis, il faut juste bien se faire comprendre à la réceptionniste de l’hôtel pour le récupérer. Ça mérite tout simplement 5 étoiles. Un grand merci !!!

Picked it up at the airport and returned it with the provided, prepaid mail envelope, directly at a mailbox at the airport. Very Convenient.

I needed a hot spot for my travel around Japan on a cruise ship. We had 13 ports on the cruise and Japan Wireless connected me seamlessly at every location. It worked superbly on the train system and underground. Great cost with no hassle on “top up” charges. One cost.

Easy to order online at reasonable price, and easy to activate once arriving in NRT. Do NOT pre-activate in your home country, it will stuck in "pending" as it looking for cellular towers in Japan.
