Wi fi connection was very good speed. I recommend.

Gave us fast and faultless wifi throughout Japan. Much faster and consistent than an equivalent product we had in Korea. Comes with battery backup, but we never had to use. Highly recommended.

Japan Wireless was excellent for our 28 day tour of Japan from Nagasaki right up to Sapporo. No issues at all with any drop outs. Spare battery came in handy. Received at our hotel as scheduled and drop off at the airport was easy. Would definitely hire this again.

Great communication and customer service, my flight was 7 hrs delayed and as soon as I contacted the team they provided solutions to ensure I received my device at my hotel. Ended up picking up at Airport just right before they closed, package was ready and it was fast and easy pick up at Haneda Airport. Device is very light and small, easy to carry on bag pack, battery lasted about 8-10 hrs before need to recharge, very reliable and never had a service outage or any other issue. Return via mail package before going through security at the Airport was very convenient. I would used on a next trip to Japan for sure

Had no issues at all with this portable, personal WiFi and the router stayed charge throughout the entire day with no trouble! Of note, the kiosk to pick the router up doesn’t open until 630 AM. So if you have a very early entry time you may want to consider a remote pick up option instead. Otherwise, great product and service! Easy to use and return, would definitely recommend!!!

The device worked very well across Japan. Strong signal. Unlimited data. Worked with 8 devices simultaneously. Company sent us a new device and we really liked the services of the company. Highly recommended. Thank you

A good experience with Japan Wireless, I hope to back

Having this wireless device made it easy to connect ask over Japan. I was very pleased that i rented this.

I got it for a couple weeks and it worked well most of the time. I only had it being difficult a couple times with loading things, but other than that it did its job well.
