Recensies

Reliable and easy to use, will definitely use them again on our next trip to Japan. Highly recommended!

As advertised fastand reliable

Good quality wifi! Wifi was faster than data 👍

We used this device for 9 days, 3 smartphones connected and it always worked with an excellent line. It was very helpful. Thank you

Overall very fast and was super easy to setup, within a few mins with my unlocked iPhone 15pro. There was one day where it was for some reason being very slow and I was receiving texts late, this was fixed after I turned my phone off and back on again.

Really reliable with a long range of connectivity. Really good service from Japan Wireless too.

Super glad i decided on a Japan wireless plan. The first day it kept turning off on me but by the end of the day it was fine. It made communicating with the rest of my group easy and a valuable tool. If there was an audio alert to tell me the router is low on power that would be helpful. Definitely use again.

Convenient to pick up and return. Easy to use but no reception at certain parts of Hokkaido eg. Kurodake, Shiretoko

Everything perfect. Definitely recomendable

I ordered two units for pick up at the ABC counter in Narita International Airport. For the pick up I just needed to show my passport. The two units worked flawlessly and the speeds on both units allowed me and my friend to watch Youtube, stream music, and play some mobile games. Extremely satisfied with the results and will use the service again. Returning it was simple enough as the units each came with their own envelopes with postage. Dropped it off at the mail post in Narita International Airport before heading through security.
