Awesome service connection

Everything perfect from dato one

The unit was delivered early at the hotel. I got it upon arrival. The connection to the internet was fast.

The unit worked very good and never lost connection. The battery life was very good. I would rent from Japan Wireless again.

Easy to reserve, delivered to my hotel and at a reasonable price! Will use again.

Will use again and recommend

Easy delivery, set up and use.

It was the first time I used pocket wifi in Japan and it was faultless from day 1! Battery never went dead and I always had connections. Anywhere I went in Tokyo. Will definitely use again on my next visit. The process was so easy to order, I got mine sent to my hotel and picked it up at reception when I arrived.

During our trip, Japan-wireless worked great and provided all our WiFi needs. All four of us were able to use it at the same time and there were no slow-down issues. Highly recommend this service.

A very good service to use. No problem from the company picking it up or getting it to connect. Battery life was a little problem and the backup battery didn't carry much charge. Overall an easy and very reliable service.
