Il router è stato sempre connesso, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema, la seconda batteria è stata molto utile
This was such an easy process and I loved that you can just drop it off in a mailbox when you're done. This was a total life-saver! Will definitely use again the next time I'm in Japan.
Apart from the upscale fast connection and incredible signal coverage, I would like to thank this company to literally chase me when my plane unfortunately reach the Aiport of Narita, with 2:30 h of delay, making me miss the opening hours of the terminal 2 postal office.
Through e-mail I've informed them about what happen and less that 24h later, with a little fee, they re-delivered the portable wifi at my Shibuya hotel.
We had an awesome connection through out our stay in japan. It was fast, convenient and handy to carry in purse or pocket. We’ll definitely rent again next time we visit Japan. Also receiving and returning the package is very convenient, delivered in our hotel and dropped off in post mail. Satisfied customer :)
Good value. Ease of pickup, use and return. An excellent product and great service
Tuvimos internet siempre y en todo lugar a una gran velocidad ☺️
Great service. On time delivery. Easy to pick up and return. Some difficulty with connecting several devices. Overall excellent experience
Excellent wifi acces everywhere , quick.
Extra battery included
Delivered at hotel reception and return by post very easy
What a great service. The WiFi was waiting for us on arrival at our hotel and our hotel reception posted back for us when we left.
Really easy to use. Always had signal and never ran out of battery!
Service was great throughout our whole trip with very few places where we wouldn't have signal. The only 2 things I think could improve are: 1) there's just one cable to charge both the powerbank and the device. This often meant I had to wait until one thing charged to charge the other, waking up in the middle of the night or risking not having internet for the whole day the next day.
2) I also felt that the powerbank was not enough to charge the device fully. I had battery for around 8 hours and then maybe 4 more after connecting to the powerbank.
