This is the third time we have used the Wi-Fi Router from Japan Wireless. It works so well and is a must have device for travelling in Japan. You will always be connected which means that Google Maps, Messenger, Translator, etc are always just a click away. We will always hire a Wi-Fi Router from Japan Wireless when we travel in Japan.

Having reliable wifi made getting around Japan so much easier. The extra battery also came in handy for those long days sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Very good experience using this Wifi.easy pick up at post office at Narita and post back via mail box right at Osaka KIX checkin. Nice and light and lasted all day for 2 iphones without re-charging. A must have for us.
Had difficulty getting it to recharge but emailed the company about the situation and found out how to fix it: remove the battery from case, wait and reinsert. Which we had to do every day we used it.
Don’t know if this is a common problem?
Anyway, very satisfied!
