This is a service i can recommend, the premium wifi is a great way to explore Japan. When you have questions their customer service is there for you.

We a family of 4 adults needed a wifi all through the travel within Japan and the Pocket Wifi from Japan wireless was excellent. The customer service response for all queries were prompt and the instructions were good.

Pickup and Airport drop off was very convenient. It ensured I had internet access as soon as I landed until I was departing.

I picked up this product at KIX in late May, and, for almost three weeks, it worked fairly well. The only complaint is the difficulty of finding the place at KIX.
