Very reliable portable wifi at a really good price. The battery lasted for a long time too. I never had to use the battery pack that came with the wifi. Just make sure you return it BEFORE THE SECURITY CHECKPOINT at the airport. I didn't see that label on the package until it was too late. It was a GIANT pain to go back through security multple times to return that in a dropbox. But that was my own fault. Otherwise great product while I was visiting Japan

Love how easy it is to pick up and return. It didn’t work flawlessly on the Shinkansen but I that’s ok, it worked well for most of our trip.

I have rented premium wifi from Japan Wireless 4 times already and they always do exactly what they say they are going to do. So reliable. The wifi works great and I've never had a problem with it. In fact I am renting for the 5th time for my trip to Tokyo at the end of the month.

The signal is good wherever we are.

We used this for 10 days in Japan and it did not have any issues. We were able to stream and do anything we needed without issues.
