It was great to have Wi-Fi in any location. Hikes to tops of mountains, in the city, etc. I highly recommend!

We rented 2 units for 2 weeks with request to deliver to Hotel in Osaka. Product was delivered to our home, easy to set up, great coverage and battery life.
Easy drop off with clear drop off site at airport.
The price was equal if not better to other companies with options without additional charges (hotel delivery). I would recommend and plan to use for future visits.

Japan wireless is awesome. I highly recommend it to all the tourists visiting Japan.

Very convenient from booking, pick up and return of the device. We pick up the device at post office narita airport terminal 2 and returned it at kansai airport post box. It is really unlimited and long battery span. We are able to use it everyday for the whole day.
