Need internet and data while visiting Japan. Japan wireless provides the best product for your money. We used the pocket WiFi device while we did our 14 day cruise around Japan. We had reliable connectivity was for our whole cruise. Except when we left Japan and sailed to Korea. In my humble opinion Japan wireless is the pocket WiFi of choice. We will use this product in our future trips to Japan.

I placed the wifi rental order roughly 48 hours before arrival and didnt experience problems ir issues. Pick up was a breeze at the NEST at the airport. Package included the portable wifi, charger and power bank. The family immediately connected 4-6 devices and we didnt encounter any signal or connection issue. The wifi lasted us the whole day and we didnt really need the extra battery. Drop off was the easiest, we just placed everything in the return envelope and dropped it in the post at the airport. For the price, i compared it with other wifi rentals and japan wireless was the cheapest. So value for money is really great.

Came in handy being able to connect clipper devices, worth it over international wifi

We spent a week in Tokyo, then one month on a cruise ship that stopped all over Japan. The device worked perfectly for our entire trip. The ease of getting it at our hotel then dropping it in the mail at our last port before crossing to the US was so convenient.
