Pocket WiFi worked great

Everything worked great during my trip during August and September of 2024.

Little confusing on where the pickup location was at HND. But overall I will use them next month again while in Japan

I recently visited Japan in Aug 2024 (Osaka, Kyoto, Hirroshima, Tokyo, Yokohama) and I had fast internet everywhere, even on the bullet train. The battery lasted all day, charging at night. The pick up and drop off in Osaka was easy.

Would not say it would be over kill, but if you are using multiple devices, this makes it worth it, or you just want to use wifi

Stay Connected

Great service provided. Easy pick up and return. We arrived at Narita airport and picked up our pocket WiFi at their desk in the airport. You return it by post with everything you need provided. There’s a post office in Narita airport which meant we had WiFi all the way back to the airport and then were able to post it back at the airport. Shared this with my wife and we had coverage 100% of the time. Great speed as well. All in all an excellent pocket WiFi which I would highly recommend.

Works really well

Picked it up at Haneda airport, and travelled Japan for 3 weeks. The battery easily lasts a day and it never was a problem charging it over night. We used the hotspot with 4 people and never had bandwidth issues. Drop off at the post box in Haneda was super easy as well. I would get it the next time again.

Fast and Reliable

Japan Wireless’s pocket wifi provided me with fast and reliable wifi all throughout my first trip to Japan. Set up was easy and so was the return. They would be my first choice for pocket wifi if I was to return to Japan again in the future.

Great way to get wifi!

The device we had was reliable everywhere in Japan! 1 to 4 of us used this device and it was dependable and the battery lasted all day. Didn't even need to use the extra battery provided. Highly recommend this.
