In a last minute scramble, I was able to reserve a pocket wifi online on the day of departure to Japan. Easy pickup at Osaka airport, I just had an issue finding the counter however the airport information desk guided me quickly.

very useful and excellent service, delivery on arrival and return on departure very easy thanks to the instructions provided, signal always excellent both in the city and in rural areas, charge more than sufficient for intensive use of google maps and translator with two smartphones always connected. Highly recommended.

Easy pickup at T3 Haneda Airport with clear instructions. The router worked perfectly and small to carry in bag. The drop off back at the airport was so simple. Would definitely use Japan Wireless again. Very happy with the service received.

Third time to Japan and once again very satisfied with using Japan Wireless. With just one rented pocket wifi, it was enough for a family of three. A must for having wifi available for using Google Maps while out and about, watching videos in the hotel etc. Wifi signal works fantastic everywhere, including under ground in the subway stations, throughout Tokyo, Kyoto, Mt Fuji, Nagano, Disney, everywhere. The device itself has an excellent battery life. I like the fact the company includes a battery power bank for extra peace of mind, include a return postage envelope for returning the device by just dropping it of at any red color mailbox, deliver the device to your hotel so that when you check in, all you have to do is ask for it upon check in and a little fact that inside Haneda terminal 3, next to the eacalator that takes you up to the food courts and souvenir stores above the ticketing floor, theres a red mailbox to drop off when flying back home.

La velocidad de internet y la cobertura de eran muy buenas pero había que cargar la batería dos veces al día. A las cuatro o cinco horas de su uso tenía que volver a cargar el wifi pocket. Solucionado este punto, lo recomendaría y volvería a contratarlo.
