I haven’t had any problem. I’ve got it at my hotel and I’ve sent back using the mail box. The signal was really powerful and I used it for three devises at the same time. Battery was ok for all one day.

As promise, I receive the package via post when I arrive at my hotel. It also include a package / envelope in returning for drop box at the airport on our departure. I am satisfied and will use it again when I visit Japan.

Ideal for use when travelling on business or holidays. It was so easy to order, received it at the hotel and drop off at airport. Seamless. Also, I carried the battery with me out of the country by mistake, however was able to return it back as a colleague was travelling back.
