Very good, exactly what we needed to get around

This device lasted all day, they even give you a power bank if needed and that was very useful. Service is impeccable from easy airport pick up to shipment at the end of the trip. Totally recommend

The WiFi box was great, never let us down

The service was very good, from the handing over, the staff service and return method to the internet speed and data availability. The only problems I experienced were random reconnections from time to time, and one day without a working network for two hours.

the best thing I could've done was use a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless, saced ne from getting lost even on the train underground, 5/5 would recommend

Great service everywhere. Even our pocket WiFi was faster than some of the hotel WiFi we stayed at. I took off a star because the battery pack that came with ours did not work. I wish they tested them out before giving it to us. We were lucky we brought an extra portable battery with us.
