Shipping was fast and the connecting to wifi was convenient. Was a good temporary wifi while we waited for a wifi installation. Speed was ok, not that fast but good for browsing and video calls.

Reliable service throughout Japan! So helpful when using Google Maps or needing to make WiFi calls/texts when away from the hotel. I would absolutely recommend having this, and the company made it so easy to pick up and mail back when done! I even got a confirmation email that they received it.

Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi is very easy to register for. You can choose to have it delivered to your accommodation or pick it up at the airport. The staff respond promptly to any questions, and the coverage is very good. I used it while travelling with my family of four, and it worked really well for us.

It worked everywhere including the train stations.It comes with its owner portable charger, the battery life is surprisingly long and it’s so compact it fit perfect in my bag. Only downside was the charging cable. It worked for a short time and then stopped. I mostly used my own portable charger .

We really like using Japan Wireless wireless modem when we are in Japan - speeds are great and it's easy to connect multiple devices. The included battery pack is also great so you can take it with you for a full day out. However this time we found the battery life on the modem to be underperforming and it would get very hot and run out of battery after a few hours. We'll continue to use Japan Wireless but some modems may need to be upgraded.
