Things went really well with the SIM cards, we were all connected and able to find each other (as a family group in iOS).

The data was great, connections e we re always solid and we never felt disconnected.

The only gripe I have is that it was unclear about where to go in Narita airport to actually get the cards. Took a bit of doing but we obviously got it sorted out.

We plan to return to Japan in fall of 2026 and will use these guys again for our local data needs.

It was perfect! Everything was simple and easy to use, never had any issues with it and loved that it was delivered to the hotel a day before arrival.

The whole order, pickup, setup and using process was simple to follow. I charged it each night before the next whole day of exploring and stayed connected all the time. Drop-off was also easy before customs.

Performance was fine, additional powerbank was super helpful, although there was not that much of a need, as the Wifi lasted quite long. Service was easy as well, so thank a lot, any time again!

Very easy and quick to retrieve WiFi box from pickup location. Employee was also very kind and quick with getting me my prereserved WiFi package. Once I was done I was able to return the package without any issue, as it provides instructions for that.

WiFi box itself was very easy to use and extremely reliable all across Japan, as it worked even in the most remote areasp. Instructions provided with it were also very clear and helpful.
