The pocket WiFi was serviceable but there were some dead spots albeit up in Hakone but other than that it was reliable and necessary for our family trip. Would definitely do it again when we inevitably return.

Not bad but many times, the internet speed is a bit too low

The portable Wi-Fi itself is excellent. The reception is fast and consistent. It made our trip to Osaka very enjoyable. The service is also very simple and easy. We ordered it online and the device was shipped to our hotel the next day. I was able to drop it off at the airport to mail back. The whole process was simple, easy, and stress-free.
