Great device for our family of 3. With this device I was able to use it everywhere we went to in Japan. Fit in my bag and felt safer having connection at all times! Will use again at our next trip. So convenient to pick up at the airport.

Strong connectivity throughout Kansai and greater Tokyo and Yokohama experienced on this trip. Never needed to use the spare battery because the unit was a newer model. Will rent from Japan Wireless again — 30% coupon was very helpful! Thanks!
