The entire process from ordering to receiving at my hotel then returning by mail at the airport was very easy and efficient. The pocket wifi worked very well and without any problems everywhere. Would highly recommend using Japan wireless and will use again on my next trip.

4 people travelling together, pickup was easy just outside international arrivals. Setup very easy and seamless use for over a week at very good pricing with no data cap. Will definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Japan.

The device worked flawlessly from Tokyo to Hiroshima and between. Battery nearly lasted all day, but had some issues with the external battery pack not charging anything. Other than that, the wireless connection was rock solid and speed was awesome with three users.

We picked this up from Haneda Airport. The directions for the pickup location provided to us before arrival were very clear. The device worked great, and the instructions for resetting it solved the one problem we encountered with it on our trip. It was great that it came with a backup battery, though it lasted at least 8 hours before that was needed. Returning it via post was also very convenient. Very reliable service and I would recommend to others.

It was an excellent hot spot , if it lasted an two more hours it would have been perfect. It does last a long time so I have no complaints.

The service was awesome. I did not have to worry about anything during the rental period. Pick-up and drop off is very simple and no hassle at all. The only thing that was off was the portable battery. I end up using my own so it wasn't much of an issue. I recommend Japan Wireless to everyone who is traveling to Japan.

It´s very useful to have a wifi service everywhere. Out battery device was a bit old and lasted only some hours. It was always necessary to use the power bank.
However, in general, was a good experience.
