Yes. It’s truly unlimited and we do not apply Fair Usage Policy (FUP) caps or artificial speed throttling. You can use as much data as you want, all day. Like any mobile network, temporary carrier congestion can affect speeds. If policy-based throttling ever occurs, we’ll credit your rental.

How do pickup and return work?

Pick up at major airports, or choose hotel or home delivery. Your package arrives before check-in or departure, and a prepaid return envelope is included—just drop it in any Japan Post box before you leave. No paperwork or counter lines required.

I’m already in Japan. Can I still order today?

Yes. Same-day airport pickup is available. For hotel delivery, orders usually arrive the next day. If you’re unsure, contact Japan Wireless and we’ll confirm the fastest option available for your location.

Can one router cover my family and all our devices?

Yes. Each router can connect up to 10 devices simultaneously, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. The battery lasts up to 10 hours, and every rental includes a free power bank for all-day use.

What if I lose or damage the device?

You can add insurance at checkout to cover loss or damage. Without insurance, a replacement fee applies. If your device is lost or damaged, contact Japan Wireless immediately for assistance and replacement arrangements.

By when do I have to return my Pocket WiFi?

Please drop your Pocket WiFi router in any Japan Post box by noon of the next day after your rental period ends. Late returns may incur additional charges.
