The internet connection was very reliable, and the battery life was exceptional, lasting over 8 hours! It even came with a power bank, which I didn't even have to use. I had absolutely no issues with the device and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable way to stay connected while traveling to Japan.

Did use it in and out of Tokyo, as well Disneyland and Disneysea parks and alway was able to stay connected. Great service, easy to book and withdraw at the airport. I did drop the return enveloppe at the front desk of the hotel and no issues.Very efficient. I will use that service again on my next trip to Japan.

This device was invaluable during our trip to Japan. We can't get esims to work in our phones but connecting to this device was simple and took less than a minute. Returning the device was simple. You just post it back from anywhere in Japan inside the prepaid envelope. So handy.Highly recommended.
