I did have to restart it a couple of times, but other than that it was very reliable.

Pickup and drop off is easy. Service was great! There was only 2 times it was out for like 30 seconds. We traveled from Tokyo to Osaka. Customer service was great and responded quickly.

Very easy to order and received the WiFi pucks at our hotel as requested. Pucks were easy to use and have no complaints about them. Return was super easy - drop off at post office box at the airport. This is the second time I have used this company and would highly recommend.

Ordering the pocket wireless was simple. It was at my hotel when I arrived, as requested, which was a great relief so I could start exploring soon after arrival. Instructions were easy and the pouch that the items came in was easy to organize and carry around Kyoto. The envelope (included) for returning via mail made returns easy, as well. Good connectivity throughout my trip in Japan (Tokyo, Mt Fuji, Hiroshima, Kyoto, etc.) It was delivered to my hotel ahead of my arrival. And at the end of my stay I dropped it off at the local post office box in Japan. It was very smooth and trouble free.
