It was an easy process to order. Picked the package at the airport. It was easy to connect and use. After two days the speed reduced to less than 5mbps and after exchanging some emails with their support team they sent a replacement. It was a newer device that run smoothly with over 50mbps. Easy return policy at a post box. The return envelope was included in the package.

Strong signal everywhere we went. Battery lasted all day

The unit was sent to our hotel for our arrival. Simple to set up and we were away. For us it was essential for our three week trip around Japan. We could connect 5 devices and had unlimited wifi. Unit battery lasted all day but a power bank was supplied to top up the unit if necessary. The pack fitted neatly into our day bag. At the end of the trip dropped the unit in a postbox at the airport using the supplied return envelope. Great piece of kit and great service from Japan Wireless.

I received the package right in time at the address specified by me in Tokyo. Flawless wifi and internet service over the two weeks period, easy drop at mail box in Osaka airport. Highly reccommended service!
