So easy, it all worked and it was wonderful! Just needed help finding where to get the hot spot at the airport.

I cannot recommend the service from Japan wireless enough. Their business Wi-Fi made a two week holiday throughout Japan a breeze. As a group of three, the Wi-Fi accommodated for heavy photo uploads & constant Google maps/translate checks throughout the holiday. The speed and coverage was incredible, travelling between Tokyo and Hiroshima we rarely lost service apart from in the obvious places. The coverage was so good we often found the Japan wireless offered better service than hotel Wi-Fi. Battery life was good and we were only forced to use the USB battery on a few occasions, however this was more of a precaution than the device being out of charge. Collection and returning was also simple, arriving at Narita airport. Overall a must have for anyone travelling through Japan and will be the first thing on my list for future holidays in Japan. Best decision made was to get one of these. Should have got two for when we were travelling separately. Super handy and very easy to collect, drop off, and use. Easy to pop in day pack or handbag. Great idea.

Very reliable and good service

We made a 16 day trip through Japan with four girlfriends (age around 70),and we could use 4 to 5 devices at one time, IPads and Smartphones, without any problem.The wifi box is very small and fits easily in your handbag.the delivery in the hotel was perfect and also the way of returning is easy, just drop it in the mailbox.
I would certainly recommend Japan Wireless to friends ( I already did).

We spent 2.5 weeks in Japan and this was brilliant. Although WiFi is quite prevelant in Japan, you really need a good connection when travelling about. Avoid faffing about with SIM cards this was brilliant. Long battery life and multiple users of course. Collection and return were dead easy too.

The battery life is a bit too short.

This little pocket rocket helped my wife and I many times during our trip from Tokyo to Kyoto to Osaka. Only issue we had was one day where the network was out, the following day we received an email from the company letting us know what had happened. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is we paid for a day that we didn't get to use.

It was amazing, great coverage, excellent speed, shared it with 8 other people. Great value and amazing experience.

It was so easy pick up at the Airport and drop off at the Airport. Wifi available everywhere! What more do you need.
