Very efficient. The battery of the pocket wifi is long-lasting, I did not have to charge while I was out for the day. Keep up the good work!

Excelent coverage and bandwith for two smartphones at the same time. It covered all our needs.

We are amazed with the prompt delivery and the performance of the pocket wifi. No issues in logging in and it is very easy to use.

I've used Japan Wireless a few times now and it has been convenient and easy. I will say that their map to show the pickup location at Haneda was not as clear as I would have liked, but otherwise the process was smooth and easy.

every place good signal

The pocket WIFI was waiting at my hotel and the instructions were not difficult. I travelled from Nikko to Iwakuni and for the most part the reception was good to excellent. Although 4G, the speed was adequate. There were times, mostly on the Shinkansen, where the signal dropped off. Other times I noticed a weak signal where there was overhead cover. All in all, it was a worthwhile purchase.

Japan wireless provides an easy to use pocket wifi that has great coverage on different areas in Japan. We went to Osaka, Kyoto, Sapporo and Tokyo during our trip and the wifi’s access is great in all those places. Ordering and returning is hassle proof too!

The pocket wi-if was perfect for me and my cousin. Worked great and plan to do that again next trip!

We took the normal Wi-Fi, the signal was strong and fast (even with 9 phones at the same time). The charging cable was broken but we had pur own.

Timely delivered, impeccable service. The portable WiFi device was perfectly functional and comfortable to take around with me. I also appreciate how long the battery lasts. Totally recommended.
