Very cheap service and helps so much when travelling around japan. From bullet trains to hokkaido and back to kyoto never lost service. Had quick speeds, definitely a must for all travellers.

Instructions very clear. Nice to have password on device since didn't have Instructions when I switched connections.

Everything perfect, I will rent it again next time I will visit Japan for sure.

We have used Japan Wireless routers for years, every time we traveled to Japan. We had not had any issues until this February when we traveled to Hokkaido. The router was not charging properly so we contacted Japan Wireless. They were able to send a replacement in a couple of days and refunded the 2 days lost. We are happy to say they back their products up and strive to ensure the product is properly working.

It was a quick and convenient transaction. We had to pick up and return the units in the post office of New Chitose Airport (2nd floor beside Uniqlo). Good internet speed as well.
