It was so useful to have this wireless device during our travels in Japan. Twice we needed to reset the device but that didn’t take long. Highly recommended!

My mom and I needed wifi for our two week trip to Japan. Our phones are locked so SIM cards weren’t an option. I’m actually glad that was the case because using this pocket wifi was so simple and convenient. I ordered it about a week before we left and picked it up at the JTB counter at Narita airport. I turned it on whenever we were out and turned it off when we got back to the hotel. The connection was a smooth and quick as back home and I never worried about running out of data since they give you so much. They also provide a portable battery just in case the battery runs low while you’re out. We didn’t need to use it even after going around all day though. Finally, they give you a prepaid envelope so that you can pack and mail everything back from anywhere in Japan. If I ever go back, I will definitely reorder!

This is a must on every trip to Japan. Easy to acquire and easy to send back. Very helpful bec you need internet to navigate when traveling, also worth the price especially if you are a big group.

We decided to use pocket WiFi over a SIM card for our 9 day trip for two people to Japan and it was the best decision we made! No faults whatsoever with the internet and extremely easy to use, it worked perfectly for us by allowing us constant use of navigation apps throughout Japan, and to keep us in touch with our families overseas.
