The pocket wifi awaited me at my hotel just as promised. Great service. Wifi worked perfectly throughout my stay in Japan.

It was easy to get the product at the Narita Airport and put it to work and connect to it.
After that. all days the equipment worked correctly. Only one day it exhaust the internal battery, but connecting the external battery provided we follow using it.
At the post office in the 4th floor of the Narita Airport we put it the envelope with the equipment to give it back.
The only thing that we notice was that the charger get very hot when charging the equipment and the battery, and it seems that some times it stop the charging and start the charging again. As we charge it at night it was not important because all days the equipment was totally charged at the morning.
I'll repeat contracting the service if I had the luck to go back to Japan again.

As always, great service and so convenient. Will try e-SIM next time.

Very easy to book and take at the airport counter. Easy to use, charged easily and enough charge through the whole day, with the powerbank supplied if necessary. Very easy to submit back to postbox at the airport.
