One of the best things to get for your trip to Japan, without it i would have gotten lost everywhere. Never had a problem not with pick up, not with the data, not with anything worked like a charm. The free powerbank is a big bonus for those long trips that go from sunrise to midnight. The case is small, portable and light so it does not weigh you down. I would very much recommend this product to anyone who wants to enjoy their trip to the fullest without getting lost or not knowing where or what something is. For my next trip to Japan i will defenetly get it again. Such a excellent product to have on your trip. Nothing but praise. 10/10

I had a 3 week holiday in Japan with my wife and her parents. The device was sent to our hotel, which was very convenient for us.
The pocket Wi-Fi device we ordered from Japan wireless performed better than expected due to part of our trip included a 9 day cruise around Japan even though we were told it would not work on the ship when we got a couple of Kilometers offshore it started intermittently working then worked well when we docked. Almost everywhere on land it worked well. We felt it was well priced for the use we got out of it. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless for a mobile Wi-Fi plan.
